1. Speech and Language

          A. English is to always be used in public chat

                    (Private messages do not fall under this rule.)​​

          B. No threats are to be made in public or private chat 

​

          C. No politics are to be talked about in public or private chat

                    (Unless agreed to by both parties in the presence of an admin or staff member and only in private chat)

​

          D. Keep public chat at a 15+

                    (Private chats are determined by the age of the younger parties)

​

2. Movement and property

         A. Land must be purchased from the server before building on the land

                    (Private property does not fall under this rule)

 

          B. Buildings must have a building permit before building

​                    (Private property does not fall under this rule)

​

          C. Farms must have a building permit to build and an operation permit to operate

​

          D. Private Buildings are to be marked with a warp and icon on the map

​

         E. Private Property is not to be taken without the permission of the original owner​

​

          F. Selling on private property is forbidden

​

        F. Private Property is not to be damaged or edited by any player without permission

                   (Wars do not fall under this rule)

​​

          G. Buildings at spawn must have a land deed and a building permit

​​

          H. Shop Buildings at spawn must have a selling permit before selling in the store

                   (Black Market does not fall under this rule)

3. War and Peace

         A. Wars must be agreed to by all parties participating in the presence of an admin or staff member

​

         B. Wars must not cause let or hindrance to any player not participating 

​

         C. Wars must not cause harm to any player not participating 

​

         D. Damage to property must be fixed at the end of a war 

​

          E. Excessive trolling is not allowed on the server unless a war has been declared and agreed upon by all  players participating

​

4. White List Status

         A. Players must be logged in a minimum of once every 3 Months

                   (Players who have given a valid reason to an admin or staff member do not fall under this rule)

​

5. Overworld

          A. Players are to build away from the designated Spawn to allow the server to grow

​

          B. Players must replace any food taken from the spawn

                   (Players are welcome to take food from the farm)​

​

 6. The End

          A. Players must have a way of respawning the dragon after defeating it

​

          B. Players are allowed to find, own, and use elytra

​

7. Shops

          A. Players must purchase the land in the spawn before setting up shop

​​

          B. Players must purchase a building permit to build on the land

​

          C. Players must have a valid Seller Permit to sell to players on the server 

​

          D. All casinos must have a gambling licence to operate

​

          E. All black market stalls and casinos will be raided by the Papa Romeo police department

                    (Items may be seized/removed and a fine imposed if found with an unlicensed shop or casino)
